Lighthouse Learning Foundation
It’s Time to ReDream Education by restoring joy, purpose, creativity, and connection to every child’s learning journey.
Our Mission
At Lighthouse Learning, we believe that every child deserves an education that ignites curiosity, cultivates character, and nurtures their God-given gifts.
Through the Lighthouse Learning Foundation, we are extending this vision beyond the classroom—creating opportunities for every student to thrive, regardless of circumstance.
The Foundation exists to fund innovation, support families in need, and build pathways allowing every child to experience the full joy of learning.
We strive to ReDream Education, by leading a movement in reimagining what learning can look like when it’s rooted in purpose, belonging, and hope. We call this redreaming education—restoring joy, purpose, creativity, and connection to every child’s learning journey.
ReDreaming Education is critical. Too many families feel left out of the educational model. When we redream education, we give children a place where they are seen, known, and inspired to discover who God created them to be.

Why Lighthouse Learning Needs the BRIGHT Pathways Fund
Across our community, families are facing the hardest season we’ve seen since our founding. The cost of living continues to rise—mortgages, rent, groceries, and insurance premiums have all increased dramatically in the past two years. Many parents are working multiple jobs or adjusting to new financial realities while trying to keep their children in an educational environment that truly fits their needs.
At the same time, the demand for microschool education is growing—families are searching for small, safe, SUPPORTIVE individualized learning spaces like Lighthouse Learning more than ever before. Yet, many of these same families find themselves on the edge of affordability, caught between wanting what’s best for their children and the financial pressure of modern life.
Why We Need The BRIGHT Pathways Fund Now
Without additional funding, families facing hardship may have to withdraw their children from the very environment that helps them thrive. At the same time, Lighthouse Learning’s programs and staff need continued investment to maintain the excellence our community depends on.
The BRIGHT Pathways Fund Learning Ensures We Can:
Keep tuition assistance available for families in need.
Retain exceptional teachers who bring stability and creativity to our classrooms.
Expand trades, financial literacy, and enrichment programs that prepare students for real life.
Innovate with a self-paced, individualized curriculum that meets every child where they are.
Hire specialized teachers to support our students with ADHD and dyslexia, as well as speech-language and occupational therapy.

What Our Families Are Facing
Financial Strain: Sudden job loss, inflation, rising insurance rates, and unexpected medical costs are making tuition difficult for many families who were once stable.
Children with Diverse Learning Needs: More families are seeking individualized, small-group education for gifted, neurodivergent, or struggling learners who need a different approach—but that level of support requires additional resources, specialists, and time.
Limited Access to Aid: Traditional scholarships and state programs often don’t cover hybrid or private microschool models, leaving families without options when hardship strikes.
Teacher Shortages in Traditional Schools: Parents are seeking consistency and quality—experienced teachers who can nurture their children’s growth through self-paced, individualized learning. Lighthouse Learning is committed to providing that stability, but it comes at a real cost.
