You don't have to homeschool alone.

Watching your child struggle with anxiety can be heartbreaking.

Many parents tell us they feel helpless as they watch their child become increasingly overwhelmed by school. At Lighthouse Learning Microschool and Homeschool Hybrid, we understand that learning and emotional well-being are deeply connected. Students learn best when they feel safe, supported, and understood.

Our smaller community allows students to build meaningful relationships with teachers and peers while learning in an environment that feels manageable and welcoming.

Parents often tell us that one of the first changes they notice is not academic. It's emotional. Their child begins smiling again. Participating again. Believing in themselves again.

That is often where growth begins. That’s why we offer personalized learning through small classes taught by certified teachers, with multiple learning tracks to fit your flexible schedule. Whether you’ve been searching for academic excellence rooted in mastery, not standardization, or enrichment that goes beyond textbooks with our S.T.R.E.A.M. program, we want to help your child rediscover a love of learning through hands-on lessons in a supportive environment.

  • Students who struggle with academic anxiety

  • Homeschooling families who want community but feel isolated

My sons moved from public school to Lighthouse Learning. We are so happy that we made the switch! We love the small class sizes and individualized learning. I have seen so much growth in my kids, even in such a short amount of time. All the teachers and staff truly care and are invested in each student and their individual needs. My kids look forward to going to school and describe it as “one big family”.

We love everything about Lighthouse Learning! The personalized education allows our children to thrive at the level they are ready for and build confidence in their abilities. The enrichment days are so fun, they feel like play days at school. The teachers are kind, compassionate, and gentle with the students. We love it! It has been the perfect solution for our alternative education preferences.

This place has truly brought the light back into my child’s life. We've been with Lighthouse Learning for a full year now, and there’s absolutely no looking back. After a difficult move and trying several schools that just didn’t feel right, finding this little miracle was exactly what we needed. My son is excited to go to school every day—he even jumps out of bed when he's running late! We are beyond grateful.

5-Day Track: Our Most Immersive Experience

3 Days (M-W): Academic, 2 Days (Th-F): STREAM

Our five-day track includes three days of core academics paired with two days of enrichment, creating a well-rounded, engaging learning experience. This option is ideal for families who want their child fully immersed in the Lighthouse Learning community while receiving a high-quality education.

The three academic days provide structured, skill-based instruction in a small-group setting with experienced teachers. The two enrichment days build upon that academic foundation while opening the door to creativity, exploration, and passion-driven learning. Through hands-on projects and interest-based experiences, students develop confidence, curiosity, and individual strengths—making learning both meaningful and joyful.

The four-day track is a great fit for families who actively develop their child’s interests outside of school. Students still receive a strong academic experience and participate in enrichment opportunities, while enjoying the flexibility of a three-day weekend.

This option allows families to balance Lighthouse Learning with travel, athletics, arts, or family commitments—without sacrificing quality instruction or community connection.
